“The Best in italy” works as a real estate agency and is a certified member of
the ltalian Real Estate Board. We deal with selected fine properties in Tuscany, Veneto, Lazio Positano, and other regions of italy and offer onìy estates and apartments that have been inspected and approved. We have several unique viiIas with gardens and agricultural lands near Siena,Florence, Venice and other cities, as wèII as fine homes on the sea. We also have a selection of properties in which the homes must be completely renovated. We prefer to meet our clients before actually showing any of our properties so that we can form a better idea of which residence might be most suitable. If we do not have one that matches his or her needs then we investigate various possibilities and are usually able to find the desired property. For any legal questions and for the drawing up of various papers involved for the acquisition of a property we are in dose contact with various international lawyers and notary officials throughout italy.
