_Villa Barberina is located in the Veneto in the lovely wine region and town of Valdobbiadine north of Venice. Built in the 1700’s in a classical Venetian style with a main central structure and two symmetrical wings surmounted with two lovely towers. Once owned by the Piva family then by the Viansson, the estate is now owned by well known wine producers who have lovingly restored the entire villa and estate. The elegant villa is surrounded by a large park graced with century old trees, statues, fountains and a swimming pool. The estate also includes beautiful vineyards and offers inviting areas to relax in the gardens. The center of the town of Valdobbiadine is a short walk from the main gate and there are lovely views towards the mountains and Venetian countryside.
