The bathrooms have been wonderfully restored
while keeping their original finishings.
Several bathrooms have both bathtub and separate
shower.
Satellite television, telephone in each bedroom,
piano in ground floor living room,
security safe in each bedroom, electric gateway,
stocked wine cellar
The swimming pool is on the rear of the estate
and there are areas for relaxing
and dining outdoors.
STAFF:
Two caretakers are included who tend various aspects
of the estate
One cook by separate payment
One couple for cleaning and serving by separate
payment
Eventual local English speaking administrator
by special request and separate payment
EXCLUSIONS:
Food, beverage's, telephone and fax charges, wages
for cook, one couple,
laundress, or additional staff, heating.
No pets and no children under 14 years of age.
