The Villa is usually given for ten persons and can accommodate Additional guests by special request and additional staff by separate payment.
The rooms are all bright and spacious with lovely flooring. The bathrooms are all equally large and most with enormous showers and separate bathtubs. The swimming pool is large and excellent for swimming laps. There is a lovely pool house and areas in the gardens and on the terrace for dining and relaxing. Electric gateway and separate staff quarters and laundry facilities.
STAFF:
There is a couple included with the rental for cooking, cleaning and serving at the table.
The staff will prepare breakfast and one other meal per day.
They have Thursday evenings free and all day on Sundays.
Additional staff is available by separate payment.
For more than ten guests a full time cook will also be on hand by separate payment.
EXCLUSIONS:
Food, beverages, telephone and fax, heating, additional staff.
No pets please.

Florence Ugolino Golf Course: 15 minutes
Tennis courts are in the town of Impruneta and at the Golf Course .
