_This lovely villa sit just above the sea on the promontory of Ansedonia, overlooking the peninsula of the Argentario and the island of Giannutri. On the entrance side of the estate there are green gardens, a swimming pool and the villa itself gives on to a terrace with stairs leading down to the sea and a spectacular view of the water, boats and islands.
The estate is completely private with direct access to the sea. Tennis courts are nearby and one can rent boats easily from nearby Cala Galera. There are several interesting archeological sites of Roman and Etruscan towns in the area. Lovely islands are a short boat ride away.
