AND ACCOMODATIONS:
The house consists of 9 Trulli cones with:
Living and Dining areas
“State of the art” kitchen
One Master suite with king size bed, studio and bathroom ensuite
Three bedrooms with queen sized beds, each with bathroom ensuite
A superb swimming pool with terraces and gardens for dining and relaxing outdoors
STAFF:
One housekeeper included six days a week, three hours per day
The housekeeper can come in additional hours by separate payment
Cook and additional staff by request and separate payment.
EXCLUSIONS:
Food, beverages, additional hours for the housekeeper, wages for cook and additional staff. No pets please.
DISTANCES:
The towns of Monopoli and Fasano are both withing a 15 minute drive and both have train stations
The cities of Bari and Brindisi are both within a 40 minute drive and both have airports
Lovely beaches can be found close to the estate.
