All furnishings are lovely and the villa has just been refurbished. Bathrooms are modern and the kitchen has also been remodeled. The swimming pool and outdoor theatre form a lovely backdrop to the views towards Florence. Flat screen satellite television in one of the living rooms and in each of the bedrooms, CD stereo player, high speed internet wifi, washer-dryer, ice machine. The villa remains cool in the summer as it is 300 meters above sea level. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the Belvedere tower.
